What is the Zone diet?
The Zone diet is a nutrition plan focused on maintaining hormonal balance through the right ratio of protein, carbs and fat. Its main goal is to optimize health, increase energy and support weight control. In the Zone, every meal consists of 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat.
Can I add my own recipes in the app?
