Weight & Measurements

Track your weight and body measurements in ZoneIt and see what they mean for your plan — from BMI to body fat percentage.

You can track your weight on a line chart, and separately log five body measurements — waist, hips, neck, biceps, and thighs.

Each stat is entered through an easy wheel picker, pre-filled with your last value, so you only need to adjust it if something changed.

No, height is set once in your profile or during onboarding and isn't logged repeatedly.

The chart shows your current and target weight as two separate lines connected by a dashed line. You'll need at least two data points to see a real trend.

"My Zone" automatically calculates stats like BMI, body fat percentage, basal metabolic rate, and lean body mass based on the weight, height, and measurements you've entered.

It uses a formula based on gender, height, waist, and neck circumference (plus hips for women). If any of those measurements is missing, the stat simply stays blank until you fill it in.

No — once you have an active block plan from the Diary, the daily calorie target in "My Zone" reflects it directly, rather than being a separate number.

Those initial measurements are captured during the diary onboarding questionnaire because they're needed to calculate your block plan accurately — so it helps to have a tape measure ready.

Yes, up to 3 weekly reminders, each with a chosen day of the week and time — unlike water, these reminders are weekly rather than daily.

Browsing is free, but logging a new weight entry or measurement requires ZoneIt Pro.
