FAQ
Searching has never been easier! ZoneIt gives you a powerful tool for quickly finding products, whether you're looking for a specific item or browsing different categories. With a clear structure and an intuitive design, you can search by keyword or head straight to different food groups, organized into handy sections.
How do I use the product search feature?
You access product search from the main navigation, by tapping the yellow button with a magnifying glass icon.
How does the quick search field work?
The quick search field lets you find products quickly and easily. Just start typing the name of the product you're looking for, e.g. "bananas", "avocado" or "tofu", and results will appear automatically.
What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
If you can't find the product you're searching for, you can easily suggest it for adding via the "Add product" button on the search page. Our team will review your suggestion and add it as quickly as possible.
How can I use categories while searching?
Products in ZoneIt are organized into three main categories: Protein, Carbs and Fat. You can browse them by selecting the corresponding tab on the search page. Each category has subcategories that make searching even easier.
How does ZoneIt help me pick the best products?
Every product in ZoneIt is marked as a good, acceptable or poor choice with a clear color indicator — green, amber or red — along with the exact amount that equals 1 block. You can see at a glance which products to reach for, without doing any of the math yourself.
What does the label icon next to some products mean?
It means it's worth checking that product's label before adding it — values can vary between brands. You can do this quickly with the barcode scanner or the blocks-by-label calculation.
What does the down-arrow icon next to some products mean?
It means the product is low-fat.
What does the store icon next to some products mean?
It marks products that are on promotion. This feature is temporarily inactive right now, but we're working on bringing it back soon.
Why do some products add a block to another category too?
Some products affect more than one nutrient group. For example, milk adds a protein block plus +1 carb block (CB). ZoneIt calculates this automatically, so you always see the exact block count for the product you've chosen.
