FAQ

Diary

Everything about food logging in ZoneIt — how to add meals, how blocks work, and how to keep track of your day without the hassle.

The Diary is where you log everything you eat throughout the day, split into breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack. You can see at a glance how many blocks you've eaten against your target.

You can search for a product in the database, add a ready-made recipe from the library, or scan a barcode. If you have your own recipes in Zonator, you add them the same way you add any other recipe.

For products and scanned items, quantity is entered in blocks, in steps of 0.5 up to 20. For recipes, you enter the number of servings you ate.

Yes. Swipe an entry left to view its details, or right to delete it, and tap it to edit the amount or which meal it belongs to. Scanned items don't have a details page since they're not linked to a specific product.

No, just open the entry for editing and change the meal — the quantity stays the same.

No. The Diary saves the block breakdown exactly as it was at the moment you logged it, so your past days stay accurate even if you edit the recipe afterward.

Yes, through the calendar you can go back to your account creation date and log or edit any past day. Logging for future dates isn't possible.

Each meal shows a progress bar against your target, and the calendar has its own progress ring for every day, so you can see your balance at a glance.

The first time you use the app, you go through a short questionnaire about your gender, age, height, weight, activity level, and goal, and ZoneIt calculates your personalized block plan from that.

You can browse the diary for free, but adding food and logging your days requires ZoneIt Pro.
