You can change your email directly in the app, under Profile → Account. If you signed in with email and password, just enter your new email and confirm it with the code sent to it.

You can request account deletion from the Profile section in the app. You get a short window after requesting it to change your mind and cancel — once that period passes, all your data is permanently removed.

You can turn on separate reminders for meals, water, body measurements and your shopping list — each one is configured independently, so you only get the nudges that are useful to you. There's also a separate notification for new recipes in the app.

Yes — you can switch between metric and imperial units at any time in your settings.

ZoneIt is available in Bulgarian and English. You can change the language at any time in settings — it doesn't depend on your phone's language.
